1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed

  • We were unable to provide the service due to an issue on our end

  • A cancellation request was made within 24 hours of purchase and before the service began

Refunds are not available if:

  • The service has already started or been completed

  • The delay or issue was caused by the client (missing information, late responses, no-shows, etc.)

  • You simply changed your mind (unless required by law)

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the service begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund

  • Cancellations made after the service has started are not refundable

If your service includes scheduled sessions or appointments, missed sessions are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • The service purchased

  • The reason for your request

We’ll review your request and respond within 3 days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you’re unhappy with a service, we encourage you to contact us first. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
